For years, large heavy turning was the mainstay at Steward Machine Shop Ltd. Over time we have expanded our capabilities to include smaller intricate turning, threading, shaping, boring and all types of milling and facing operations. We use robust, quality built North American machines and tooling that are built to last and can handle the most demanding applications.

Our range of tooling allows us to tackle anything from a huge 5 ton raw forging to making a one off tiny custom bolt. Our overhead gantry cranes assist with loading massive parts onto our machining equipment. We also have our own 5 ton flatbed truck that we can pick-up and deliver your orders if needed.

- Warner Swasey 4A Turret Lathes up to 32" diameter

- Standard gap bed engine lathe up to 16" diameter and 60" in length

- Internal and external threading in SAE and Metric thread sizes

- All types of materials from plastic and aluminum to the hardest stainless and exotics.
